ME 10.11
Hi, an user has selected all mails in Inbox, in the webmail, and clicked Report as Spam. All items in Inbox are disappeared.
I don't understand because mails have been deleted. The option in ME was this:
In the meantime, I disabled the function.
In "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\Spam" no files (I've never seen files in there)
I imagine that the emails were deleted immediately permanently ...

Yes, when you do report as spam that are permanently deleted and based on what option you chose, it will either add the IP address to a block list or other stuff. There is no way to get the emails back.

MailEnable, a Pop-Up before confirmation is essential to mark emails as spam.
