IMAP crashing

Hello,

I have problem with IMAP.
Every 20min or 60min, IMAP is stopped working.

Log:
General: (MailEnable IMAP Service (D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin64\MEIMAPS.exe) error: 3) ME-EXXXX: [Thread:1580] Error (Class S): BlockFileLock Activity notification handler (WaitForAccessToFile) failed to obtain a lock on the blockfile (D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\PostOffices\domain.tld\MAILROOT\\_activity.blk).

When I go to find _activity.blk , I can't find this.

After IMAP is stopped working, I go to services and restart.

How I can fix it?

Hi,

What version of MailEnable Enterprise is running on the server? If not the latest version on our downloads or previous versions downloads page then please upgrade and monitor to see of the continues to crash.

version is 10.16, and again tonight IMAP is down.

Hi,

Best way forward would to be lodge a support ticket via the MailEnable support form and provide access to the server via RDP or Teamviewer so that a technician to review the relevant log files in more detail.

Hello,

I can't find [Evaluation Code] , and if I choise Registered, then I need to pay 80$.
I am buy new licence at friday, and pay 595$.

How I can send ticket to support?

Hi,

The evaluation code is listed in the MailEnable diagnostic report.

Or just log the ticket under "Upgrade" or "Installation" as it will be a free submission.

Hi,

Your screenshot reports a valid license status, therefore you are not evaluating and thus the reason why there is no evaluation code reported. Anyhow we have received your support submission you submitted.

Was there ever a resolution to this problem ?

I am experiencing the same BlockFileLock error running 10.16 Enterprise on Windows 2016 64 bit, although I don't see an IMAP crash of any sort.

I'm also seeing lots of these errors for multiple mailboxes. What is the cause/solution?

Hello everyone, we are having the same issue with version 10.25. Our server is running in Azure with Plesk.

Anyone knows how to fix it? we really need some help.

Hello everyone, we are having the same issue with version 10.25. Our server is running in Azure with Plesk.

Anyone knows how to fix it? we really need some help.
I believe this was attributed by low server resources. I.e: low memory and not enough CPU cores allocated to your Azure image. Is this the case?
