Our filters are no longer working. There are not even any MTAFILTER-Report log files being created. I've rebooted the server but still nothing. I added a filter that adds a header to any message to ensure a filter is being triggered but there's nothing.
I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Well this is embarrassing to admit but the problem was my server wasn't licensed. I had moved Mailenable to a new host a few months earlier and neglected to move the license with it. Once I checked the MTA-Debug log I saw this line:
09/20/18 00:06:24 ME-MTA-022: Antivirus and other filters were bypassed because you are not licensed to use them. Please run your diagnostic report for more information.
Which made it pretty obvious what the problem was.
