MEIMAPS.EXE Crashing frequently - Need Solution

Dear MailEnable,
I am facing below issue in my MailEnable server ver 6.88 Enterprise Premium. This issue occuring after 4 to 5 min and service restore with "General: (MailEnable IMAP Service error: 203) Service Completed Loading Agents". I have rebooted my server but I am still facing this issue frequently. This is Production Server.

would you please suggest what to do because we have upgraded to version 6.88 with premium ticket from months back.

Dear IAN,

Getting
General: (MailEnable IMAP Service error: 203) Service Completed Loading Agents
from yesterday. Have restarted IIS Service and also IMAP service but still getting general error.

Would you please identify why is it showing general error?

Reboot will fix but I'd recommend upgrading to latest version. I used to run into this problem on earlier versions of ME and upgrading fixed the problem.

I concur that you need to be running the newest version and release. There were many issues resolved and improvements made in the newer version. I know it seems to be a cost issue, but it is either lose money in the expense of the ME license or lose business due to a bad server.

We are going to upgrade to latest version as earliest. Can anyone guide how many concurrent connections can we made on IMAP?

We run easily close to 100 concurrent connections. Most of our users use IMAP only for both their Outlook and their smartphones. The key is disk-seek time due to email being moved from folder to folder and some users--unfortunately--store GB of email in their inbox which makes the index files work harder.
