Hi all!
I have used Mailenable for some time now, at work and at home with good success. At home, I have an issue where I can access the default post office (first created upon install) via webmail but I can not access the second one. I do know that for any post office other than the default, I need to use the full user@domain to get to the other post office and its users. What I get when trying to access the other post office users is "mailbox disabled or the user is invalid". Email is getting to each of the post offices and it's users.
I have also checked the config folder permissions for IME_ADMIN, and the permissions are set to allow all. Even with a reboot and rechecking all
configs, I am scratching my head. I need to get this to work. Has anyone else had this issue?
Any help would be most appreciated.
Regards,
Eric

Re: Can only access one post office via webmail
Hi,
The username format is mailboxname@postofficename and not mailboxname@domainname. Therefore ensure your using the postoffice name if its different to the domain name.
