Hi,

Can you explain what doesnt work? Is the utility producing errors? Ensure when using the language utility you specify Enterprise in the dropdown menu labelled "Application Base".

Hi,

have you planned to do something for translations requiring accentued characters ? For details please have a look at the following thread :
http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?t=6833

In my opinion, the difficulties met in translating the webmail and the lack of centralization of existing translations are a major obstacle to the breakthrough of Mailenable in non-english speaking countries.

Too bad for such a good piece of software.

Arnaud

There are no errors.
The folder is not created with the translation of the webmail.
In the webmail Professional, works. But I intend to update for Entreprise...
It would be good a translation of the type of Helm, only 1 file xml...

Hi,

Unfortunately we are still working on the token files for certain languages, so you will need to maunaully translate each token value. To do this choose the Version to be translated then the language in the langauge tool. Next hit the button "Request Current language template from Mailenable website". Once the token file has been downloaded you will see the Language token list populate. Next select a token value from the list and type in the translation for the token in the "Translated token value" window and hit the update button to confirm the translated word. Once you have manually translated the tokens you will need to hit "Apply translation to website" which will create the translated base folder for webmail.

If you successfully translate the Enterprise Webmail in the brazilian language could you please send through the token file so we can update our token file database. Thanks.

Hi,

you seem to say that you've been working on certain languages.
Do you have any translation available for french at this time ?
I've seen no information about that on the site. I have also already asked this question on the forum without any answer...

I've started my own translation of Enterprise interface but if it's already done...

Hi,

Unfortuanately we do not have any tokens ready for the French langauge. If you have nearly completed your translation to French and have problems with the translation then i suggest you lodge a support ticket with Mailenable and a technician will help you with your problems.

You can lodge your request here: http://www.mailenable.com/support/supportrequest.asp
