html mail in webmail

I noticed that while I can create a link in webmail and have it work when I receive it in Netscape mail, if I send myself a link in webmail and try to read it in webmail, the link is not live.

Is there a way to turn on html in webmail or is there something special we have to do to make links work in webmail?

Hi,
Ensure that you have the option "Display HTML emails in preview window" under the webmail properties in the Mailenable Administration program.

I already had html enabled, but I did not have the 'create url and email hyperlinks in text messages' checked and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Can someone create an html message in webmail or just receive an html message?

Hi,

You can only view HTML messages in Mailenable Professional webmail, to be able to create HTML messages, that is possible within the Enterprise version which contains a HTML rich text toolbar.
