We are finding that more customers than we would like do not have an MX record setup correctly. They complain all the time that they don't get mail from us.
We learned that other mail servers try to find the MX record and if they fail they lookup the A record and send the mail via that address.
Our customers are complaining that they get "quote" everyone elses mail.
So the question is...
Is there anyway to tell MailEnable to look at the A record if the MX is not available? Will this be available in the near future?
Thanks in advance.

MailEnable does look up the A record on an MX fail. PLease give further information on what is occuring here, maybe some bounced messages and log extracts (SMTP Activity and debug) of a message that is failing.
