I have set Inbound & Outbound size limit to 10MB. I notice that Mailenable's inbound display one email which is about 50MB this morning and then disappear from inbound queue. I checked again later and notice the the same email is in Inbound again. Look like the sender is send the same email the whole morning.
Is it ME bug since I have set limit to 10MB?

If you say that sender is keep sending, that means the limit is working. After disappear, the mail will be bounce back to the sender.
Check against the activity & debug log for the sender email address...
