Hi,

This is strange behaviour. Before setting the account summary page to the "contacts" page. Did you experience problems listing contacts?

Navigate to the following location within the MaiEnable installation path:

C:\program files\MailEnable\Config\postoffices\(postofficename)\MAILBOXES\(mailboxname)\

and locate the (mailboxname).sys file. Open the file up in notepad and remove the following line if present:

WebMail-StartupPage=contacts

Save the file and try to login to webmail

Hi,

Ok we are aware of a problem where if you set the account summary page to "contacts" or "calendering" and then disable the "contacts" and "calendering" options within the webmail properties, it will cause the problem you have experienced. This is logged in our issue register and will be addressed for the upcoming release.

regards,

MailEnable Support.

I have calendering enabled and this is still an issue.

Setting startup to 'Contacts' leads to the perpetual loading screen.

Can you please indicate which version of MailEnable Enterprise version 3 you are running.

Installed the Beta (3.05) and that seems to have fixed this issue.
