Whitelisting Gmail Mail Servers from subnets to Wildcards

Post by atinoco »

After reading this http://adamtaft.blogspot.com/2008/06/gr ... h-spf.htmlI started getting some info on google's mail servers so i can whitelist them....
Current Gmail SPF
Found v=spf1 record for _spf.google.com:
v=spf1 ip4:216.239.32.0/19 ip4:64.233.160.0/19 ip4:66.249.80.0/20 ip4:72.14.192.0/18 ip4:209.85.128.0/17 ip4:66.102.0.0/20 ip4:74.125.0.0/16 ip4:64.18.0.0/20 ip4:207.126.144.0/20 ip4:173.194.0.0/16 ?all
according form that info I need to whitelist these subnet, however mailenable doesn't let me whitelist by subnet, just by wildcards, i dont really know what is the wildcard equivalent to those subnets....can anybody help me please.....

I have done some for you here, although not sure if they are going to use the whole range or just the subnet listed. If you are using these for greylisting then it would not hurt to do the whole range anyway. Will try and find time to do more in the future:

216.239.32.0/19
64.233.160.0/19
66.249.80.0/20
72.14.192.0/18
209.85.128.0/17

66.102.0.0/20
66.96.*
66.97.*
66.98.*
66.99.*
66.100.*
66.102.*

74.125.0.0/16
74.125.*

64.18.0.0/20
64.16.*
64.17.*
64.18.*

207.126.144.0/20
207.120.*
207.121.*
207.122.*
207.123.*
207.124.*
207.125.*
207.126.*

173.194.0.0/16
173.194.*
