Spam Filter, Whitelist, Blacklist

Can spam filter settings for mailboxes be changed using API?
Does API have functionality to update mailbox whitelist, blacklist?

I read api documents and searched a lot on the internet. But can not find anything. Maybe its undocumented or i missed something.

Actually http://www.mailenable.com/utilities/addons/MESOCU.zip works for letting me enable some of the settings found within account, so I believe this is the solution I was looking for. Regarding creating blacklists and whitelists, those can be done by creating files within the file system. Let me know if you need more hints.
