I've asked a couple of simple ME 8 beta questions and a question about Outlook 2013 compatibility with EAS which only ME staff can provide an answer.
No response after more than two weeks of waiting.

I have found that most often, the answers, if they come, are weeks or months later.
I am sure most of the clients would pay a few dollars more to support an employee to keep on top of our questions.

I agree. I would pay a little more as well as to add some extra programming resources to further ME as a whole.
I like ME and think it could be even better just by adding some little extras here and there.
