[SOLVED] Error After Upgrade

After upgrading from 3.63 to the latest (trial version) I get this error navigating all over the Management Console.

System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)
at MailEnable.Administration.Filter.FilterFindFirst(IFILTERENTRYTYPE& lpFilter)
at MailEnable.Administration.Filter.FindFirstFilter()
at MailEnable.Administration.Console.FiltersListView.PopulateImplementation()
at MailEnable.Administration.Console.AsyncFormView.Populate()


The "System.BadImageFormatException" is consistent but the internal error changes depending on where in the app you are.

This was the result of the "BIN64" environment variable missing under the Windows environment variables for PATH on a Windows 2008 64Bit server.
