MailEnable not sending emails

About a week ago we stopepd recieving all external E-Mails. I checked our SMTP queue, and there is a huge backup of all our emails.

This is about the same time we had to let our old IT go, so he probabbly changed something and will not tell us anything about it. I myself am not too proficient using Exchange, but I have a decent udnerstanding of it.

Where could we check to see what's going wrong here?

We're able to send/recieve internally and send externally, but not recieve externally.

Looks like your DNS server(s) that are configured in the MailEnable SMTP service are failing. You should open the ME Admin MMC and then the properties of the SMTP service and change the DNS server IPs to be the same as the ones on the NIC or the ISPs to see if it helps. After the change you will need to restart the SMTP service.
