Problem with Plesk Autoresponder Setup

Hi there

I am using a Windows 2003 Enterprise edition server with Plesk 9.5 installed with ME Enterprise Premium edition v4.26 also installed.

I am having a problem with setting up Autoresponders within Plesk Control Panel; although it appears that in Plesk, Autoresponders are setup, when I try to view these within the ME MMC, these have in fact not been setup at all.

All Autoresponders have been switched on and as far as Plesk is concerned, these have been setup correctly; however somewhere along the line the two systems are not talking to each other.

I know that Plesk is talking to ME because Redirect works just fine, but not Autoresponders.

Can someone help and point me in the right direction to correct this please?

Are you able to enable an autoresponder within the MailEnable administration console? If so then the problem will be in the control panel and not MailEnable. I suggest contacting Parallels for assistance in diagnosing the problem further.
