Whitelisted then Blacklisted?

Post by spleeze » Tue Jan 28, 2014 4:56 pm

One of my developers, who works with me every day, all of a sudden could no longer send me email because he was getting:

"A user policy is preventing you from sending e-mail to this address. Please contact your e-mail administrator."

I looked at the SMTP logs and found:

What is up with the whitelist then immediate blacklist? I checked SMTP -> IP Blocking: but found: No blocks for ths enetered IP Addres are in effect.

I can't figure out why this user is blacklisted. I am stumped.

Mailenable Pro version 5.53 on Windows 2003.

I have no idea how this happened, but it appears that under my webmail account, under Settings -> Mail -> Blacklist, I had the user's account blacklisted. The account was also Whitelisted. This must have happened over the last few days and I don't remember doing this at all. Either I did this in my sleep, or there was a bug.
