Defect reports

Do you not have a better method of reporting program defects than sending a suggestion through from the support page ?

I sent through a report at the beginning of the month regarding the search indexing service crashing and have, to date, received no feedback whatsoever.

There is also no obvious way to report an actual defect via Raise a Support ticket as none of the categories supplied seem to fit, and I am then supposed to purchase a support token for something I already know is an actual defect and not some sort of configuration problem.

Hi Brett,

Just log it as an "Upgrade" problem using the normal form.
