incomplete trace with message tracking

I get this message when I trace a message
seems to have been delivered to the postoffice connector, but there was no log entry on 9/24/2020 to indicate that it was delivered to any mailbox

This is for a message which was delieverd to my mailbox; how can I enable a log for the postoffice or have a complete trace of the message?

Hi,

Easiest way id to trace through the SMTP log files for the inbound transaction and message ID and then use the message ID to trace through the MTA agent log files where the message is routed from the SMTP inbound queue to the SF (postoffice connector) inbound for delivery to the mailbox. The message ID will change when the message is routed from the SMTP inbound queue to the SF inbound queue.
