SUMMARY
How to login to web mail using the correct username format.
DETAIL
Before logging on to MailEnable web mail, ensure that a mailbox and post office with a known username and password exists. To do this, use the MailEnable Administration Program. Once a valid mailbox is registered, use its credentials to login to web mail. Web mail can be accessed by entering http://yourserveraddress/MEWEBMAIL in the address bar of your browser.
A login screen will appear prompting for credentials. Enter the username in the format of (Mailbox Name)@(Postoffice Name) e.g. James@MailEnable.
Use the password that corresponds with the mailbox. This should allow access to the web mail client. If you are unable to do so, confirm that the password entered was valid for the corresponding mailbox.
