SYMPTOMS

The SMTP, Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) or Postoffice connector crashes soon after starting. 

CAUSE

Check and ensure that the latest version of MailEnable is installed, from the download page at:

https://www.mailenable.com/download.asp

If you are using an older version, you can find updates at:

https://www.mailenable.com/downloadprevious.asp

If after an upgrade there is still a failure, check the associated debug log for the failing service, along with the Windows event log. Defects can be reported to our support team through the page:
