Unable to add new mailboxes in web administration because the "Add Button" does not appear.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if web administration has not been given mailbox creation rights.

RESOLUTION

Configure whether or not post office administrators are permitted to add mailboxes under the MailEnable Administration Program in the post office web administration properties.

Web administration adds a new property sheet to each post office in the MailEnable Administration Program.

This property sheet is used to configure/allow post office administrators to create new mailboxes via web administration.
