Some messages contain strange characters when viewed in web mail

SYMPTOMS

Version 1.104 of Professional Edition could display invalid characters where mail message contents are encoded as quoted printable.

CAUSE

The solution to this issue is to upgrade to the current release of MailEnable Professional.

MailEnable's web mail scans message contents to determine how to format mail messages. Occasionally MailEnable is not able to determine how mail messages are encoded and as a result some encoding information is displayed when messages are viewed. When this occurs, extra characters are substituted and messages are littered with = and 20 inserted into the contents.
