0x800CCC79 SMTP SMTP Relay settings are preventing messages being sent to MailEnable. Ensure you have enabled SMTP Authentication. http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020335
0x80042109 SMTP Outlook is unable to connect to the outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020014
0x8004210A POP The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. Establish whether it is possible to telnet to port 110 of the mail server. http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020014
0x800CCC0F POP The mail client is unable to contact the MailEnable server, most likely because a firewall is preventing access or the supplied IP Address is incorrect. http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020014

0x800CCC0D POP Verify that the mail client is correctly configured. EIther specify an IP address or a host name as the mail server when configuring the mail client settings. 0X800CCC0E SMTP This error means that you are able to connect to the server via POP, but the SMTP Service is either not running or is configured incorrectly. 

Verify if the SMTP service is running by using the telnet utility to telnet to port 25 of the mail server. If the server responds, then the issue is most likely that the mail client settings are invalid. Review the following article:
