How to access the Diagnostic Report. The Diagnostic Report contains useful information about configuration and possible issues, so is helpful for quick resolution of issues.
Access the Diagnostic Report by opening Start > Programs > Mail Enable
> System Tools > Diagnostic Utility. This should open the browser and
show a page outlining the system configuration. You can also start this by
running "mediag.exe" in a Command Prompt or using the Windows Run
command.
To send this information to MailEnable Support, use
the save feature of the web browser showing the report and send
it as an attachment to the support request.
It is also possible to
access this report under the MailEnable Administration program, under the
Servers->localhost->System branch. Click on the Diagnose item.
