SYMPTOMS

The DNS Blacklisting options are not visible under the SMTP options in the administration program when running on Windows NT 4.0.

CAUSE

DNS Blacklisting is not supported in MailEnable under the Windows NT operating system.

MORE INFORMATION

Reverse DNS Blacklisting does not function under Windows NT due to MailEnable using more recent features of the Windows operating system which were introduced in Windows 2000.
