How to reduce the concurrent messages sent to a remote mail server (troubleshooting)

SUMMARY

How to reduce the concurrent messages sent to a remote mail server (troubleshooting).

DETAIL

It is not possible to set the number of concurrent threads to a specific host, but the maximum number of threads that MailEnable can send at one time can be configured. The number of threads is configured in the Administration Program under the Advanced properties of the SMTP Connector. The setting is called Max. Send Threads. The number should be around 5, but this can be reduced as a troubleshooting measure.
