500 - Internal server error when attempting to load MailEnable's web mail or web admin
SYMPTOMS
The following error is presented within the Internet browser when accessing the MailEnable web mail or wed administration clients.
500 - Internal server error.
There is a
problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be
displayed.
CAUSE
The website is not running.
RESOLUTION
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) and naivgate to the website where the MailEnable web clients have been installed to. If the web clients are accessed via a host header under the MailEnable web mail or MailEnable Web admin sites then ensure that they are running.
