SYMPTOMS
Some control panel software (e.g. Ensim, Plesk, etc) may enable headers and footers for web sites under IIS. These can cause problems with the Javascript contained in the web client.
CAUSE
The most likely cause relates to a conflict in the configuration of IIS and the HTML/JavaScript content associated with MailEnable's web mail.
RESOLUTION
To determine if this is the case, check the configuration for both the web site and global
IIS
properties (the global IIS settings override the individual
settings for web sites configured under IIS).
