Web mail error ' 800a004c ' - Path not found
CAUSE
This means that there was a permission problem when MailEnable was installed.
Permissions problems may occur if MailEnable was migrated from another system or server.
RESOLUTION
The solution is to use the CACLS command from the command prompt to reset the permissions on the folders under the POSTOFFICES directory.
If MailEnable has been migrated from another system or server, the following article contains the CACLS commands and a method for correctly migrating the data: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020073Run the command line that relates to the post offices directory. It is also recommended to run all of the CACLS commands (as outlined in the above mentioned article) to ensure that any other permissions problems are addressed.
