Web mail message display screen does not show when message is selected


SYMPTOMS

The list of emails shows in the inbox, but when an email is selected to display the message, nothing happens. This behaviour exists for all folders in web mail.

CAUSE

A possible cause of this problem is a "pop-up blocker" preventing the bottom half of the email window or the message window from displaying.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, disable any "pop-up blockers" that may be running in the browser. Messages should then display as normal.
