The error "No message selected" when viewing a message in web mail
SYMPTOMS
A message "No message selected" is produced when viewing messages in web mail.
CAUSE
A permissions problem in MailEnable.
RESOLUTION
Run the MEInstaller.exe utility and run the options "Common installation" and the option "Re-install web mail components".
