Time Offset is configured correctly but is not the configured offset when received. American time zone changes 2007
SYMPTOMS
All mail that is send through the server is set at the wrong time but the configuration time of the server is correct.
Example configured GMT +/- Time offset is GMT + 2.00 for each message, but it should be GMT + 1.
CAUSE
Most likely this will only happen since the time zone changes across the United States.
