SYMPTOMS
MailEnable may display error ME-E5005 when accessing or selecting a folder in webmail.
CAUSE
Error ME-E5005 typically means that there are file permission problems with the mailenable message store. These permission problems can occur if permissions are incorrectly ordered on the message store.
The issue is most likely to occur if you have
MailEnable installed in conjunction with a third party control panel
application.
The solution is to use explorer to ensure that the
permissions on the store are correctly ordered.
