This article explains how to migrate MailEnable ActiveSync licenses from one server to another.

DETAIL

To migrate ActiveSync licenses from one server to another please follow the steps below:

• On the old server rename the following folder: Mail Enable\Config\Licensing\MailEnable ActiveSync to Mail Enable\Config\Licensing\_MailEnable ActiveSync
• Copy the folder: "_MailEnable ActiveSync" to the new server and place within: Mail Enable\Config\Licensing\
• Rename the "_MailEnable ActiveSync" to "MailEnable ActiveSync" on the new server.
  

NOTE: Ensure that you rename the ActiveSync licensing folder on the old server first, otherwise if both servers perform a license check one of the license keys will be made invalid. If this occurs please contact our support or sales persons for help.
