RSS: MailEnable 10.56 Release


MailEnable version 10.56 for Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Premium Editions is available for download from the MailEnable Web Site.

The following change list outlines recent changes:

RECENT CHANGES

  • FIX: When disabling a mailbox using the message details dialog in the queues, it would not always disable
  • FIX: When opening list of available blacklists in admin it was not properly showing the details of the initial selection
  • FIX: URL blacklisting was not always reliable in decoding/checking for URLs in emails
  • FIX: Admin was allowing adding of a group if a mailbox existed that did not have a email address mapping with mailbox name
  • FIX: Services would fail to cache geo data on startup contention, but not cache it later, causing overhead on lookups
  • FIX: Improved handling of email messages in ActiveSync

For Enterprise Premium users:

  • FIX: Authenticated users could reset passwords for other mailboxes in their postoffice if webadmin was available (thanks to dninh for reporting this). CVE to follow.

    INSTALLING AND UPGRADING


    A full list of changes is available from https://www.mailenable.com/download.asp. If you already have version 10.x installed, you will not need to make any licensing changes or apply an updated license key.
    The MailEnable installer provides a simple wizard to allow you to upgrade from earlier versions.
    The upgrade process typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
